Beretta 92 compact type L and full size mags

Hi all. I just heard that the Beretta 92fs compact type L will accept full size 92fs mags. Is this true? If so this would definetly help me out as I can't seem to find factory 13 round mags for it anywhere. I tried gun broker but the two sellers I tried to buy from flaked out on me and I haven't heard from them since so won the auctions on Sunday.
 
Berettausa has the 13rd in stock...

The full size will work but not good.
 
Beretta USA was the second place I looked and the website indicates they are out of stock but I left my email address to be notified when they are back in stock. Any more tips on where to find some would be much appreciated.
