Beretta 92FS Inox or Baby Eagle?

Thanks for all the replies everyone. I think being new to guns, I should pick up something easy to learn and get comfortable with first. Also, this is strictly for target/fun, so cocked and locked, conceal carry, self defense, etc. are non issues to me.

I'm going to get the Beretta. I've been reading up on them for over a year now off and on and have heard 95% positive things about them. I also think at that price and the Inox being discontinued, I better grab it!!

I can always get the BE later. I have a feeling i'm going to get hooked on buying a new gun every year or so.

Do NOT buy the Baby Desert Eagle. They are major POS guns. Much too heavy and just aweful.

My recommendation as an owner of a Baby Eagle is almost the complete opposite. I found mine to be accurate, reliable (around 400 rounds before the CZ-75B stole my heart), and handy.

"Almost" the complete opposite, because I discovered the CZ-75B and the only thing the Beagle has over the CZ-75B is looks - the Beagle is quite a sexy-looking firearm. The CZ's balance is a bit better in my opinion, and accessories are easier to find, plus it's usually a bit less expensive. The Beagle and the CZ-75B are both superb firearms.
