I asked myself the same question. Unfortunately, I have already ordered my budgeted supplies for a time.

Perhaps the person doesn't want any exposed lead.

Like me I can't shoot exposed lead at my range at all, and at 5k a pop for the filters I do not want them to have to change the filters more than they do now driving up range cost. We also know that jacketed ammo is harder those a "little" harder on the barrel especially forcing cones on revolvers. Having said that I have seen military rifles with no rifling for the first 2 or 3 inches and still hold a 3 inch group at 100 yards.
