Bersa Thunder 380 request

If someone in the St Louis area has a Thunder 380 that they would not mind allowing me to try at an aread range I'd be greatly appreciative. The gun fits my hand well, I just ahve not ahd a chance to put any rounds downrange with one yet. If possible to do so, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'd cover range fees and would provide ammo. Also, I'd clean the gun afterwards.

I've been window shopping for a bit and really just want to be sure that I like the gun before I purchase one.

You have a good idea proceeding this way. I was looking at the Keltec or Ruger 380 and found a friend with them an others. The Keltec & Ruger wouldn't allow my finger to fit in front of the trigger (large hands/fingers) and the Bersa or Kahr, can't remember which one now, was biting the hang out of my trigger finger at the bottom. We never could figure just how/why this was happening. Ended up getting a Taurus TCP which has been great especially after doing a little minor tweaking on it according to the "Gunsmithing" section on the Taurusarmed forum.
 
Actually, my wife had the idea yesterday for me to put the word out to see if someone would mind helping me out as none of the local ranges have one on their rental wall. She'd feel better letting me get one after I had a chance to shoot and break down a Thunder.
 
If I hadn't sold mine already I'd make ya a great deal on one, they shot great tho, hope your search goes well

Otherwise, if you ever get up north of Chicago, you're welcome to try my (pre-Thunder) model 83.

It's the same gun.
