you get 134a at an auto parts store (air conditioning refrigerant). It's green gas which is pricey, that's propane with silicone to lubricate the gun. Red Gas is basically CO2.
Canned computer duster is comparable in pressure to 134a, and the terms are usually used synonymously nowadays. Airsoftinnovations makes an adapter, same as for propane.
when I used to play competitive paintball my team practiced with airsoft so we wouldn't have to waste c02 and paint. Full auto electric MP5's, don't recall the manufacturer.
computer duster costs almost as much as 134a...the cost savings isn't huge. In some cases, 134a can be cheaper. Like I said, go to a decent auto parts store and see what it costs there. NAPA is going to be overpriced. Advance auto and Kragen may have better prices. Pep Boys and Autozone tend to vary in price greatly depending on location.
