Best Ammo for Suppressed Ruger Mk III 22/45 with Osprey

I have Mk III 22/45 Lite with an Osprey Suppressor. It’s broken in and I used to use Eley subsonic. All the videos on U-Tube seem to be chronograph centric. CCI has some new Ammo out. The CCI Quiet won’t allow the firearm to cycle. I bought CCI Subsonic and CCI Suppressor at a Gunshow but haven’t fired them. Anyone have any recommendations on CCI Ammo that will function reliably in a 22/45 and have minimal noise. Thanks, Jim

Should be. Most standard velocity stuff is subsonic, from a pistol-length barrel.
