Who was the better producer of garands? Which has the least used and abused rifles available today? WRA, HRA, or SA?

Post war production guns are generally considered to be superior to any WWII rifles produced by Winchester or SA; so late production SA, H&R or IHC are your best bets. IHC had some teething problems early in their contracts (some say by deliberate sabotage by SA in sending out of spec testing equipment to IHC). These problems were corrected and the 5 million+ serial numbered M1s are the equal of H&R or post war SA guns. LMR barrels on IHC rifles were considered to be the best GI contract barrels produced at the time. HTH
