Best off the shelf sling shot

    Who makes the best manufactured slingshot for hunting small animals such as rats and red squirrels?

    Slingshots are a lot of fun. Nothing quite like the sound of a 1/2 ball bearing smacking into a tin can...

    I haven't had one for years. Time to fix that I guess.

    I recall, from the old days, that I much preferred the kind with the self-centering pouch - a sort of soft plastic with little nubs to center the ammo for you. I also remember that the method of connecting the bands to the handle was important - the better slingshots had a little plastic post that went up inside the band to help distribute the load.
