I am new to reloading and have looked at some manuals ... best load for 300grain hard cast for accuracy and speed from 7.5 454 Super Redhawk in 45 Colt... Thanks

Well, a "speed" load with that 300-grain bullet will be potent on both ends. Most any of the reloading books (Sierra, Hornady, etc.) have good data.

Magnum primers, of course. Read some more before buying powder. Everybody finds a "pet" load, sooner or later, but any of several powders will work just fine.

    REAL CRAPPY ADVICE

    Starline cases.
    Federal or CCI magnum primers.
    W296, N110, or H110 powder.
Beartooth, Cast Performance, Dry Creek, or Penn Bullets.
    Redding Profile Crimp die; heavy.

    Don't be stupid, be safe.
Work UP into your powerful loads.
    Rugers CAN be bent
