Who has good prices and also have them in stock or will have them soon?

I just ordered an AR and so only started looking for mags the last few days. Are the dealers ( with decent prices ) normally always sold out or is due to the VT shooting and ban scare?

I picked up a couple Orlite used mags from Cheaper than dirt $9.95, looked like s**t, but worked better than the brand new Colt mag:banghead:. colt mag would not even hold the rounds in the mag body. I loaded 10 rds set it on the bench and it was .223 fountain. I also picked up a couple 30rd mags from Ameetec Arms that I'll try this weekend. Rainier Arms has some D&H mags for $14.95. This weekend is going to be fun trying out the mags.:D

Just got 10 mags from Bravo Company. I'm glad I didn't wait. Not a bad deal getting 10 for $109.00......

44mag.com

you gotta act quick though....when they have them in stock, they don't last long.

I just got 10 from Ammoman.com for 149, shipping included and in stock.

Worked out about the same as everywhere else since he includes shipping in the prices.

Also check out http://www.wideners.com/itemview.cfm?dir=625|626

They're showing 30rd with GenII Magpul followers for $12.50

How good are the CProduct mags?

Wideners refer to them as USGI but from my understanding they are NOT.

I won't buy anymore Cproducts mags until they work out there "issues". I don't think that will be anytime soon.

I took a carbine class last year using a bunch of USGI mags which a relative of mine who is a Marine gave me. They were used but in usable condition and certainly would do the job. I had all sorts of problems with my rifle to the point I was embarrassed. The instructor loaned me a few mags and my gun ran like a champ. I later found out that the mags were from Brownells. The instructor highly recommended them for the price ($15 each). He also said, if you can afford them the HK mags are the best but cost $50 each.
