Better AR15 for the money than a MMC MA15 Patrol Elite?

I only lack a good AR 15 to complete the collection I want and am looking to obtain one. I am looking to get a good entry level AR and possibly more after that.

Anyhow, I have a few questions:

1. Is anyone familiar with this AR 15? Is this a good rifle? For this price?

https://www.mmcarmory.com/product/patrol-elite-14-7/

For this particular rifle this seems like a good deal here:

2. Is there is any other AR 15s that are comparable to this? Maybe like this:

Any input is tremendously appreciated! Thanks!

Knowing nothing about either company other than what I just read, both rifles seem fine to me. Both seem well built with quality components. So it really comes down to which fits you budget better.

The TT has a flared mag well and comes with a Lancer mag and a hard case.
The other one has a slightly better trigger...

It has Elite in the name, it must be good. Just kidding.

I have seen some real crap from head down products. Thy left machine marks in the mag well so bad, i couldnt get mags out. I was at my FFL going picking one. All of the HDP lowers i looked at had very bad machine marks. I would not buy HDP products unless i could see it first and give it a good work over.

I don't know anything about either of the rifles you posted. I saw a deal on slickguns for a S&W M&P Sport recently for $549. I just built my first AR. I bought a blemished premium rifle kit (assembled upper & a lower parts kit) & a blemished stripped lower from PSA. The rifle itself was around $500. I spent another $130 or so to get a rear sight, 5 30 round P-mags and a sling. I think I am going to change the sling & get either a red dot or low powered scope.

My only suggestion is take your time & use google & do your research. There is a ton of information online.

I think this Colt is a heck of a buy and would make a very good multi purpose carbine.

Thats not a real Colt, its made for them by a contract company and is not up to Colts quality standards.

I wouldnt buy any AR that uses a cheasy, el cheapo railed gas block like the MMC's. Its not even receiver rail height. The deals on the S&W's are super good right now and Colt 6920's have been dipping into the $800 region. Its only $200 more expensive than the lower end MMC. $200 is a pretty small price difference, going from the lower end MMC up to the top tier Colt.
