big bore 45

    I've been shooting it for over a decade. Other than 45 LC, it is my favorite caliber.

    Discovered it over twenty years ago. It's a great cartridge. Our local club has a monthly competition, a steel target at 200 meters shot off hand. Love the CLANG when I hit it.

    I like the "Bigbore" 45s alot better than the "smallbore" 45s. :confused:

    I love the 45-70 and am at the point of ordering Trail Boss in the5 lb sized container to reload it. I think it is really awesome to shoot at a target with the sun low and at your back and see that big ole slow bullet sail to the target and ker-whack.:D
