Okay, maybe not "ever" (yeah, thank you Anzio Iron Works), but it has a shoulder stock and it's bigger than a Lahti.

Found it this weekend when I went to visit a very cool collector. :)

It's a .65 caliber Chinese wall gun. Bigger than the 13mm Mauser (this gentleman had one of those too).

I'm just glad I didn't have to be the guy dragging it through the Long March...

I've never heard of using squirrels for projectiles, but they might work in that thing.

The rifle must be extremely accurate when you take into account the sight radius.... :uhoh:

Thanks, Derp - I've got a really cool one today...

This was a black power gun, using a slightly tapered cartridge about the size of a .50BMG. Screw-thread type locking lugs at the rear of the bolt (which, BTW, is about the size of your typical framing hammer).

It's way too small to be a Punt gun.

Wasn't somebody (Scarlatta?) doing an article on them recently? I seem to remember a thread in the Gunboards BPCR forum asking for a survey of examples, pictures and info from the collectors there.

It must be an HD gun for people that live in trailers. New meaning of CQ gun. Reach out and touch the BG.
