Binocs-under $200 Nikon, Leupold or?

I hate dragging along a spotting scope sometimes, I want a set of binocs that I can see 223 holes at 100 yards with. Is a decent quality pair in 10x50 good enough?

My local Academy has a 10x50 Nikon for $199 & A Leupold Wind River for $179
Any other choices under $200 Don't mind internet buying either....

Been there, done that. I have a Nikon Action 10x50. I can barely see the .223 bullet holes. Solution is either get a higher zoom or shoot bigger bullets.
