I recently acquired this BSA rifle, 30-06 caliber.
The rifle has a 22" barrel with a integral brake, flip up iron sights (100/200/300), Parker-Hale scope rings, B. Nickel Marburgil 2.5x6 scope (made in Germany).
I did a Internet search, what I came up with was a BSA Majestic Featherweight De Luxe rifle.
I believe it was manufactured in 1959.
Hopefully there is a BSA expert here that can fill me in on exactly what I have.
Thanks!

Don't know any thing specifically about BSA rifles but have to say that is one very classy looking vintage rifle you have there. Especially like the built-in muzzle brake and the overall fit and finish. Thanks for sharing.

I think you have correctly identified it as to make, model, and era. There isn't much else to say about "exactly what you have."
The muzzle brake is a factory feature on the Featherweight models.

Frank DeHaas described the family pretty thoroughly in 'Bolt Action Rifles' if you want to read about the several sub-models.

Guard those scope mounts, there isn't much else that will fit the BSA dovetail.

Can't claim to being a BSA "expert", except for having owned the same style rifle, in .270 Winchester, back in the day. Very sweet handling gun, the action is quite slick and strong, but a warning about trying to adjust the trigger pull: don't, unless you get the complete instructions. The muzzle-brake was referred to as the "BESA", in honor of the WW2 machine gun that BSA helped develop. The muzzle-brake is vey effective in reducing recoil, but if you are shooting under a roof be prepared for some dirty looks from shooters beside you: the side-blast is severe! Accuracy from my rifle was very good by 1960's standards, under 2MOA with the 150gr. Sierra BT bullets and charges of 4831. All in all an excellent gun for the hunter, I hope your gun serves you well.
