Inspired by the Revolver Picture Thread of All Time thread over in the revolver forum, how about a picture thread dedicated to BP revolvers? Let's try not to make it a discussion thread; rather pics with brief (or no) comment. The more the merrier! (I love picture threads!)

I can kick things off with an Uberti 1847 Walker kit, originally built by someone else, but cleaned up and "finished" by your truly.

Both Ubertis. Picture was taken before I stripped the blue from the Walker's cylinder.

The nice holster is a cross draw by Dan Brooks; the other is Cabela's.

I tried, but my photo taking skills are getting worse and worse, it seems. I have an Uberti Walker that I just bought, the seller bought it new and never fired it, and I still haven't fired it either. Got it for $375 w/box & etc., figured that was an OK price.

Big ol' hog it is, beautiful quality too IMO. I'm dying to try it out! What's the recommended charge for a Walker? There's nothing that came with it giving a charge number, and I've "heard" anywhere from 60gr. up to 72gr. with TWO balls in each chamber. I ain't putting two balls in, NFW, but I'd like to know the min. & max. charges, please. I have a jug of Pyrodex P, "the FFFG equivalent", it says.

I just hope this one shoots better than my Pietta 1851 Navy.....

Here's mine. Purchased about 40 years ago when the LGS went out of business, and I had the local saddle-maker make a belt and holster for it. The little piece of rawhide at the top of the holster, would hook over the hammer. During deer season it was loaded with #6 shot for rattlers. Ha, puts a smile on my face when I think about it.
