I have read about blade tech off and on for a while, and I need something that will accomidate a weapon light for a rather intensive training class. It also would be nice to have a holster which is actually modled for my HK USP when mounted with a light.

How do their holster wear over time
How well do the holsters protect the weapons
How well molded to the weapon are they?

If you have any experience or have heard anything let me know!

Thanks :D

This is the first post I have ever made with no responses...I guess this doesnt speak well for the company  :uhoh:

Blade-Tech

I've had a Blade-Tech holster for my Wilson CQB for about a year now.

I don't know how long the holster is going to last because it is only a year old.

It fits the gun perfectly and protects the gun very well.

I've carried a Blade-Tech UCH for years. My first one finally broke on the shank/belt loop after ~3 years of everyday, everywhere carry. Second one still going strong after 3 years.

The holster is very molded to the gun, and sets in place with a positive snick which holds it quite securely.

I've got a couple. Very nice product. I was going to order another earlier this year and there was a several month wait. I think that also may speak to their desireability. Good stuff.

I believe the latest UCH's have a redesigned injection molded loop that is supposed to be stronger.

Great product!
I also like Comp-Tac.
(They give you Smarties candy with your purchase....)

Haven't used them in a while since I'm working in the UK these days, but I have and IWB for my LWOM Colt that I used to use all the time and a paddle for a S&W M60. These are very high quality holsters. Highly recommended for plastic gear......leather is still nicer though.
