This is an interesting tactic that circumvents due recourse: try affording to sue a bank!

Sirochman, who has all the proper federal licensing, says he was told by Bank of America Management that the reason his deposits were being “held for review” was because Bank of America felt he “SHOULD NOT BE SELLING GUNS and PARTS ON THE INTERNET”

Sirochman claims that his two-thirds of his deposits have been held for over two weeks, making it impossible for his small business to operate effectively. His full Facebook post can be read here.

Could it be because of their new price on Aero stripped lowers, or their sales of 95% finished stripped lowers that do not require registration?

Who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a fast answer for that, though. Might be hard to get a copy of the counsel, other than to say it was to be sure they (BofA) were not supporting "Domestic Terrorism" or some such "Potentially Criminal Acts."

An excellent point. Hopefully the state doesn't bank with BofA
I would suggest exploring that option more though.

Time to Change Banks!!!!!!

The day my bank tells me what I can and cant spend my money on is the last day I do business with that bank!!! After all this is supposed to be America!! Land of the FREE and that FREEDOM was paid for with my ancestors and close family members BLOOD and LIVES!! Who would make such a polarizing decision as to tell a customer they do not wish to honor the payments to any business they wish to do business with?? They need to change the name of the bank if that is how they deem to do business, Bank of COMMUNIST RUSSIA!!! That is outrageous!!!!
