"That is not a part that we can send out. The gun will need to come in to us to be repaired. Please give us a call if you would like to send the gun in." I'm a little tepid about sending the pistol in. It won't be cheap if they don't pay for shipping and lord only knows how much time they will have it for, considering the time it took for Bond Arms to even reply to me, not to mention the chance of it disappearing in shipping. I know the argument that manufacturers are trying to protect themselves from liability but I really dislike the "send the entire gun in" when the issue is a single part trend. What would you all do?
