I got the opportunity to fire a Magnum Research revolver the other day. It had a 10" barrel and a red dot sight. Chambering? 45-70 Govt!

Interesting to say the least! Surprisingly, the recoil was not punishing. No 'hand slap' or wrist wrenching, just a BIG, slow push and a lot of rise. NOT a CCW gun nor a 'rapid fire' proposition.

    Accuracy? Amazing!

    Try one. You'll like it!

    A real blast!

They are a lot of fun. I have had mine for several years now (7.5") and have
shot up to a 405 @ 1900 fps. That's about as far as I want to take it.
