First thing I notice when I compare it to my beloved Wingmaster - it is UGLY. I mean, really ugly. Also, it's very stiff compared to the Remington too, but then I guess it is brand new, compared to a 30 year old, well worn in 870. But, some interesting things, it it has a 3.5 inch chamber (that I will never use, but hey, I've got it ), it can be loaded into the magazine without the gun being cocked, it has a nice cutoff button so that you can rack the slide and eject the chambered round without chambering another round. Very useful if you want to change ammunition in a hurry. It also has shims for adjusting the angle of the stock, and changing it from right to left hand - very neat. All in all, I'm going to shoot it for a bit, and see how I get on. But I wont be putting my Wingmaster out to pasture anytime soon.
