Hi, I've had a Knoxx compstock on my 590 for a while now, and while I've always enjoyed it, I simply assumed that there was a learning curve for using the stock effectively.
However, I took it out today, giving it a serious go when I noticed that I was not feeling the recoil at all.
I remember feeling the action of the cam, and still a huge kick when I first installed the stock. Now, there's no perceivable movement of the stock cam, and seemingly no kick at all.
P.S. I was able to put 8 slugs into a 6" group in a rapid fashion while on the move laterally with respect to the target. Quite pleased.
