Yes, they will send it, but in the meantime, I have found you can use the pin from another die to fill in. When I broke my .45 pin, I used the one from my .308 dies.
No... if you're addressing me. The expander ball for a larger caliber won't enter the neck of .223 case. Plus my .223 die is made in 1977, and they changed the design in 85. Plus I don't have any other RCBS sizing dies.
I have had nothing but trouble with RCBS decappers. I always use Lee. One Berdan sneaking into the bag is enough to annihilate the RCBS pin in a second. Sometimes even Boxer primers in military rounds will give them real trouble. Lee, OTOH is extremely hard to break.
