    well i gave that BBC artical a feed back but it has to be approved by the editor. Went like this.

    So Bryco made and sold a 100% legal pistol that worked how is was designed, someone shot him with it and its Bryco fault? The gun is defective? How so, looks like it worked to me. Went bang when the trigger was pulled. This is really stupid. I am glad he lost this bid. Another case of passing the blame.

    The big issue over this case is the fact the safety cache has to be disable in order to unloaded, never mind that this is true of most SA autos including those made by Colt and other high name brands.

    I remembered reading about the jury decision in this case awhile ago, so I went searching for the thread.

    There is a link in the thread to a recall notice on the pistol in question, but the page has been removed. I don't have the time to do any further searching for it, but maybe someone else has the interest in doing so.
