I'm looking into a BSA CF2 6.5x55. I heard these are good rifles with good barrels. Push feed, Mauser style locking lugs.

Do you guys know anything about them?

Had a BSA Majestic in .270 Winchester many many years ago. Quite accurate by the standards of the day (unlike todays rifles, which according to the posts on THR "shoot sub-MOA all day long") . Very light, nice stock, very smooth strong action with a good trigger. The only drawback was the 22" barrel, which included the BESA muzzle brake. This dropped the recoil considerably, also split eardrums on any shooters unlucky enough to be on the benches within 50 feet on either side at our range with the tin roof.
