Les Baer has a 1911 10mm that appears to be almost perfect, except it's north of $3000.

The Philippines have been allies with the United States a lot longer than Turkey has. Good enough reason for me to pick Rock Island over EAA.

Will do. My schedule has been jacked up lately but I can't wait to try it out!

Between those two options, the RIA is your best bet. It seems like people really like the Tisas 10mm though. It’s a little pricier ($700), but comes with additional features such as a checkered front strap.

Finally had a chance to get out and put a few rounds through last weekend! So far I'm very happy with it! With cheap fmj it groups pretty good and I was lucky enough to actually get a magazine with it that locks open on the last round! For it being a 10mm it handles recoil pretty well too. I'm going to try to take it out deer hunting a couple of times this fall!
