I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with M&A Parts. They sound reasonably priced and of good quality. If you have any dealings with this company let me know what you thought of them.

I bought my first AR kit from them, the parts kit was short a few parts, but a call to them brought immediate results. I was satisfied with M&A and their service, but their reputation isn't great overall.

I have also bought kits from J&T Dist and Del Ton, both of those kits were great and weren't missing any parts, IMHO if I decide to build another one it will be coming from Del Ton or J&T Dist.

They are an offshoot of the old Nesard company. I generally avoid Nesard and all of their descendants so I have no knowledge of M&A other than one of their employees attempted to physically assault a customer at a Houston gun show. It ended poorly for the employee.

I just started to get ready to build my own AR. Found some very helpfull information on http://www.ar15.com./forums/board.html?b=3 Mostly "ok" stuff about M&P.

I have a friend who is going to coach me on my building project. He has also recommended http://www.dpmsinc.com/ He has used them quite a few times with good results all the way around. It may cost a bit more there, but generally fewer problems and better customer service.

I've built 3 rifles with M&A kits. No problems for me at all.

All I am going to say on the matter is that the old saying; You get what you pay for is especially true when it comes to AR parts.

You can buy good parts the first time, or you can buy parts of unknown origin and quality first, then buy the good parts. It's up to you.
