Look up your local restaraunt supply store. They've got all sorts of useful stuff, and are generally much cheaper than you'd expect.
 
Check your local WalMart in the section with the aluminum foil. If you're lucky they will have some. Buy about 5 rolls of it because they'll probably never have it again.

At least that's how it went with me.
 
All paper is NOT created equal. I recommend the poly coated freezer paper in 18"wide 1100' long on the commercial dispenser. Believe me, they are so much easier using then those small boxes you buy off the grocery shelf. No mesing around with curled up pieces and far more economical in the long run. I pay 45.00 for the 1100' roll and I think the dispenser is about 25 bucks. I also use the patty paper under, between and over steaks when I wrap. I also use the Ace brand general purpose 1 inch wide tape off a appropriate dispenser. These thing will last your life time.
 
just lay down the cash for a vaccum seal kit.

it paid for itself after a couple of deer that have managed to keep the meat sealed airtight and not get freezer burnt after up to 2 years on the 1 deer.
