Butt Pad for ATI .303 stock

Anybody have a good suggestion for a butt pad to put on my ATI .303 stock?
Preferably something that would add an inch or two to the length, plus lighten the kick a bit...

Also, any suggestions on an a universal type of cheek rest for the same stock?

I got a Winchester slip-on recoil pad with limbsaver tech, claims to takes recoil by 70% and help with muzzle jump I think it does. Put it on my on my mosin. ATI makes a raised cheek rest that i put on it as well
