I'm looking to buy some Hornady .308 165 GR BTSP bullets. I'd like to get a lot of 500 or 1000 but the only thing I can find online is buying them 100 at a time. I figure it would be a bit cheaper to buy them in bigger lots. Powder Valley has the best price I've found so far for $22.49 per 100. Is it possible to buy more than a lot of 100? ( yes i know i can buy multiple boxes of 100 but that defeats the purpose of a price break for buying bulk)

Sinclair International usually has discounts for buying bullets in bulk. Sometimes they are bulk packs, sometimes it is multiple 100 count boxes.

I usually buy 500 ct boxes of Sierras.

Picture from back in early 2010, during the shortage.

8 lb kegs of powder were rare as hen's teeth.

Look on the Hornady website. If they don't list the bullet there as available in boxes of 600 (that's their quantity above 100 for whatever reason), it is unlikely that anywhere will have them other than in boxes of 100.

Hornady only sells .30 cal FMJ-BT (500, 1,000, & 2,000) and Match bullets (250) in quanities larger then 100 p/box.
