    Might want to explain what some of your abbreviations mean. There are some of us who aren't savvy to every acronym out there.

    Well normally you can combine it with a HP and drop the whole set into an o.d.t.

    A COE allows you to work at a gunstore.

    If you have a COE + a C&R FFL you are not restricted to the one-non-PPT-handgun-a-month limit.
