C&R FFL 03 Renewal Application Help

Question 6 on the renewal application for my C&R isn't really a question, but a statement regarding an additional form, 5330.20, which is a certification to citizenship. That extra form was enclosed with the renewal app, but I don't have to answer any of the questions on it. Do I just sign and date it, and write "yes" in the box for question 6?

It's a semi generic FFL renewal form
like if you sign date, enclose your signed FFL
in the 'I'm not renewing block'
under the fine print, the real, real, fine print, you will find that a C&R does NOT need to send in their bound book, unlike the BOLD type stating that you MUST send in your bound book....

it's all there in the instructions, if you can make heads or tales of the instructions

I was confused by Question #6 and left it blank. The original form was returned to me with a note to write "Yes" in the box.
