A 10% tax to fund gun buyback programs... :scrutiny:

All I can say is wow.

I know it is hard enough being a gun owner out in California, but they are just drooling out there to restrict civil rights.

H.R. 793 is a Federal House of Representatives bill. But it IS from one of California's silly delegation to the House.

No text yet available from GPO.

My heart "breaks" when I see politicians defecating on the Constitution.

If I pay a 10% tax on my handgun purchases to fund buybacks, do I get a percentage of the 'bought back' handguns?
