When I write my reps I keep it simple and to the point, Do not do anything that will put the second Amendment in jeopardy . look at the crime not the tool . The people that are pushing there agenda and putting there twist on the facts and the reason they are doing that . Be respectful . Do not let emotions get in the way. Thanks, Target.

What specifically do you want people to write them about?

Gun control , Back round checks that only need to be followed up on leave it all alone . The bottom line is to just say NO . That is what we should be asking our Reps to do.Just say NO.If they give the antis a little our a lot they will not be happy until they get it all.

Multiple SHORT single point phone calls, emails and postcards will help keep the pressure on. Be nice DON'T come off like a nutcase - use logic. You don't need to threaten them with elctorial defeat in every message although an occaisional reminder won't hurt. The reason I think several very short messages are good is to build volume which is what gets our point accross. Many of us think there is nothing to worry about as we have the House on our side to those I say; Don't count your chickens before they are hatched as pride goeth before a fall!!
