High Noon has the "Sky High". It is specifically listed for the PT111.

A couple of makers that offer thumb breaks, but I'll admit I don't know if they are available for the Taurus.

    Andrews Custom "Saddle Style"

Davis Leather has a couple of models.

Seems to be a lot of retention holster searchers recently. I think they are a good idea for the law enforcement guys, and open carry crowd, but I think they are not needed for concealed carry.

Probably why you have such a hard time finding one. Many quality makers have stopped making retention holsters for concealed carry.

Several years ago I got a Street Combat holster from El Paso Saddlery for my G36. Surprizingly it fit my wife's PT111 perfectly. Check them out, they can make you pretty much anything you want. Their products are top quality and will last forever.

You might also want to check with Taguagunleather.com. You'll like the prices too.
