    I'm trying to figure out where the author actually stands on this. Initially he seemed rather snobbish about the protests but by the end he seems almost proud of it. If nothing else I am impressed with the Canadians willing to take such a stand. there's more to some of them than I had previously thought.

    I'm visiting my Mother in Buffalo, NY, as I post this. She has the radio on, listening to her favorite Canadian radio station. I'm not sure which station it is, but a news commentator mentioned that the planned firearms registration has become "a disaster". Hope all you Canadian High Roaders can hang tough through this Orwellian turn of events. geegee
