Depends on my outfit and the threat level I may encounter.
Semi dress, slacks collared shirt and sport coat it's either my SP101 OWB or PPKs in a shoulder holster. You know, stylish in stainless. Hehe
Getting into a mall or running around at iffy parts of town my Ruger Max-9 12 + 1 and the 10 rounder. Maybe the LCP 380/W Laser in pocket as backup.

Convenient that threats in the iffy parts of town are immobile; if they get access to vehicles it could hamper predicting threats. ;)

    Right?
My biggest concern is if SHTF I need long guns to fight my way home. Home is the safe place where all the goods are stored.

Unless I'm carrying the DE in either 44mag or 50ae (7 or 8 rounds) everything else I have (not counting extensions) has 13 minimum.

    I normally carry a Glock 20. 15 + 1, but for some unknown reason, today, I carried my CZ 75b. 17 + 1.

    (5) Ruger LCR in 38
    (10) Sig P365 in 9 mm

    Haven't decided which one I'll carry yet/first.

That LCR with 5 rounds is SO light, but a bit thick and "only" 5 rounds... Wife could use it in a pinch.

The P365 is heavier, but thinner and with more firepower. Wife can't rack the slide and has quite a limp wrist and elbow...

    Glock 23, 14 rounds.

    Glock 43x, 11 rounds.

Both IWB. I'm trying to find practical ways to carry a 1911 (8) or Glock 41 (14). But it's so far just a winter coat day thing.

    Try a pancake holster.

Then get the thickest Kydex you can and cut two strips, 1X7. Round off the corners with a sander, drill a hole in one end and heat and bend the other end. First made a small bend, then make another farther down -- the famous "reverse J." Be sure your belt fits into the reverse Js.

Punch two holes in your holster near the tip and use Chicago screws (post screws) to attach the Kydex strips to the holster.

To use, put the holster inside your pants, with the reverse J hooks on the outside, over the belt. Properly dimensioned, they will snap ln place and hold the holster firmly. Now holster the gun, drape some of your shirt over the holstered gun and tuck it in, between holster and pants. Position the holster where you want it, and tighten your belt.

Finally, blouse your shirt -- pull out a couple of inches all around and let it hang naturally.

I like to carry my Kimber Custom Classic (their basic gun in the 1990s) with an 8-round Chip McCormac magazine (plus one up the spout), and two 10-rounders on my belt. My theory is you should run out of opponents before you run out of ammo.

8+1 berretta apx carry in a pocket. The 8 round mag provides a better grip than the 6 rounder and is no hindrance in cargo pants or shorts.
6 in a new model 3" colt king cobra is getting some belt time but pocket carry of the small 9 is far more common. Capacity is low on the priority list.

I've carried Glock 26/27, 19/23, 17/22 and eventually 34/35 AIWB - in that progressive order. (From the 1990's to present)
As I tweaked my shirts and holsters I was able to carry larger pistols with concealment as much as smaller ones.
What I've found about AIWB is less gut makes AIWB more tolerable, I've gone from 219# down to 203#
A holster with a claw helps push the grip toward body - this was the key to carrying a Glock 17 rather than a 19
Another thing I've found is longer barrels are actually more comfortable (disperse contact point over larger area) and help keep grip toward body.

    Since you mentioned 1911 and Glock 41 - 45 acp - Here is my Glock 35 (40)
I needed to put back-up sights on it (did yesterday) and get my speed on par with the 34 (also yesterday after about 700 rounds with dot)

About that shirt; I'm in FL and wear thin shirts and shorts basically all year. Glock 34/35 easily concealed dressed like this:
