Carl Klang is KIDNAPPED!!

Carl Klang ( http://www.klang.com/ ) is being held in Sheridan County Detention Center in Sheridan,Wyoming. He has not been allowed a trial or a plea.


For those of you who don't know, Carl Klang is a popular constitutional and patriotic singer. He sings about saving America, the constitution, etc.

He was kidnapped without provocation, and neither the police station, nor the Attorney can or will give reasons as to why he has been detained and captured (which they are required by law to do).

Please help one of our own, Carl is a gun owner and liberty lover like the rest of us. Don't let this be a precedent that they can kidnap and hold whoever they wish without provocation.

Below are two numbers where you can contact the people responsible and try to inquire about what has been done with Carl. We must act, for if we don't have time now, then when WILL there be time to free this land?

He sounds like a good enough guy. I'd be careful of marginalizing your position by using the tin foil stuff.

He has NOT been arrested, he has NOT been charged. He has been detained without charges. They admited he has not been charged!

If he's really being held illegally, it's the mainstream folk that are gonna apply pressure. The fringies are just that.

Care to cite a provision in the Patriot Act that provides for that? I'd say you can't, because the Act doesn't give the gov't that authority.

I just spoke with Sheriff Dave Hoffmeier. Mr. Klang was charged with Destruction of County Property. Evidently this charge is in conjunction with other charges, possibly disorderly conduct. the Sheriff stated that Mr. Klang was "trying to start a fight downtown."

He also said to "please let people know that we're treating Mr. Klang well, in spite of reports to the contrary" and that "we're getting him whatever medications (???) he needs."
