First let me say I am not much of a fan of OWB holsters. Sometimes I use a pancake leather holster, but then it bulges so much I have to wear a jacket over it.

I carry a G19 concealed IWB. Not because I prefer carrying it that way, but that´s the only way I can conceal it wearing untucked shirts.

Maybe I am missing something. There has to be a good CC OWB holster out there. I carry under untucked, social t-shirts. I need something that bulges as least as possible. Any suggestions?

For concealed carry, I like something that keeps the pistol close & rather high. I've been using a Don Hume Paddle holster that has been really comfy & secure. But since I carry at my 2nd job, I can't really comment one how well it would work as a CC holster

I'd recommend a Galco Cop Slide holster. It hugs to your body very well and can be concealed with a jacket over it...I wouldn't recommend a T-Shirt though, because of the bulge.

You might try the Galco JIT slide. It carry high and tight against the body for me. I prefer it for winter carry under a jacket.

First you have to realize that the bulge is there no matter if you carry IWB or OWB. The only difference is if the bulge is inside the pants or outside. With OWB you do have watch for keeping the lower portion of the holster or handgun concealed.

Most IWB cause it's easier than constantly wearing a cover garment. Either way is a pain and not comfortable, that's why I pocket carry my 26 or a snubnose .38

That said, check out -

Top tier kydex

Blade Tech
Comp Tac

Top tier leather, all will have long wait time -

Milt Sparks
Alessi

Available now but lower end -

Galco or Don Hume leather

Fobus or G Code "kydex"

Nobody can tell you what will work, you get to find that out yourself. Most of us wind up with a drawyer full of barely used holsters. Sell them in the for sale forum. ;)

Thanks everybody

I will check out every recommendation.

I have carried a G25 in a CompTac mtac holster. Before that I carried it in a variety of cheap, clip-on IWB holsters. The mtac is as confortable as it gets for me, but I still think OWB is more confortable, and much more practical for drawing/holstering.

Once I experimented with a generic, leather pancake holster that was supposed to wear tight to the waist. I found out the bulge was unmanageable.

I am a Brazilian, and English is not my primary language, so bear with me. What I call "social t-shirts" are those long-sleeved, collared shirts, with buttons all the way down on the front. I don´t know how these are called in English.

Anyway, this is what I wear everyday, untucked, one size larger, sleeves folded up. IWB, I bet I could conceal a DE .50, but I am looking for an OWB for a Glock 19. Weather in Brazil makes it unfeasible to wear a cover garment, most days of the year.

Can it be done? How?

I have had good luck with the Bianchi black widow and Snap Lock. I like Kydex (or similar) holsters, but only for winter carry with a coat.

I have also had good luck with the Galco holsters. The pancake style does a decent job of pulling the gun close enough to your body to prevent or at least minimize the bulge.

If you OWB a good belt is as important as the holster (maybe even more so). Most mid quality holsters will work but a belt dedicated for weapon support is essential. Took me a long time to realize this.

Many good choices. My favorite is Mitch Rosen's Upper Limit holster. The Express model also works just as well. It's a high riding, straight vertical drop holster, and holds the gun snugly to the body, as long as you have a decent belt.

1.5" belt loops, so don't try to use those flimsy 1.25" belts with this.

Price isn't too bad at all. You can get the UPL Express from Rosen for about 75 bucks.

I stand corrected, Its Don Hume that makes the JIT Slide. I have another Galco Holster thus the confusion. I have a JIT slide for my M&P and my Makarov. I like it a lot.

Another Hume JIT user, and concur with the above advise that a good belt is essential in stopping any OWB holster from tilting away from your body.
The weight of the pistol rides high, tucked into the hollow near where a kidney lives and if the belt twists outward from force of the weight the pistol/holster will go out at the top making a pronounced lump in the cover garment.
