    Wow, I had no idea they were involved in a court case. Glad they came out of it unscathed!

    And btw, I shoot there too! Hopefully I'll actually have a chance to, now that school is out. :D

    Well, there is "unscathed" and there is "unscathed". They may have "beaten the suit", but they are still out the legal fees and related costs. 5 figures maybe?

    Please y'all remember this the next time you are b*tchin about how FFL transfer fees are a "Rip off" for 5 minutes of paperwork.

    Wow, this all began in 1993? Is that typical for civil law suits of this kind?

    Pretty typical with discovery, motions, extensions etc.
