Here is the topic its a Case Bicentenial Bowie. The Knife is referred as the Spirit of America I inherited it from my grandfather I am looking for a little information on it. I have a little information on a story he told me since i was a young child and i know its true but am interested in what is published about his knife. The story goes as such My great Uncle Worked for a company and i at this time cannot remember the name. But my grandfather made custom knives for all the members of the hunting group and my uncles company was doing some work for case i believe some forging but he was shmoosing some case reps and showed them the knife my grandfather made him it is a bowie with an eagle head handle. Case ended up using the design as there comemorative Bowie. i was wondering the worth of the knife and so on so if anyone knows were i can find a little research on this knife i would apriciate it greatly!
