caspian titanium 1911 frames

    any special things to know about working with a titanium frame building up a commander? can it be done by hand without drill press and mill, etc?...

    But if you haven't got a titanium Caspian, you are unlikely to get a titanium Caspian any time soon. They were getting their cast blanks from Ruger who has lost the titanium golf club business to the Communist Chinese. They might come back if they can find a supplier.

    communist chinese?

    the D%^& communist chinese seem to be everywhere these days...
    well..if titanium is out for now..is there a good alloy frame to substitute?
    I have not found a good colt commander frame and guess I am not likely to...
