I did a search and couldn't find this question posted so forgive me if it has been answered.

I have a Double Action Beretta 9mm Cougar with +P 127gr and Colt 45 Single Action with Ranger 185gr.

And I shoot both equally well. (or not well!)

    Which one to carry?

Depends on how I feel that day and how good of a shot you are and if you mind carrying a reload. I carry a 1911 with 7+1 sometimes and I carry a double stacked 1911 with 14+1 sometimes. I have been pocket carrying my kahr and that has 6 +1 of 9mm and 7 round reload and I feel comfortable with that. Also, depends on how reliable each gun is. Assuming they are both 100% reliable, I wouldn't hesitate to carry either weapons

Which do you shoot best and feel more comfortable with. Basically that is what it boils down to.

I have a couple of Ruger Sixes in 357 and a couple of CZ 9mm. The P-01 will be my carry gun and the Ruger 357 & Browning B92 357 my knock about guns.

    Whatever you shoot best.

For example, I just sold my SP101 because I've decided accurate follow up shots with 357 would be pretty much nil, and if I'm using 38+p I might as well carry something that fires 9mm +P, so I'm looking for a Kahr K9.

But I definitely feel better carrying my Sig 220 if that answers your question.:p

Whichever gun you carry, it's smart to carry at least one reload.
