So, unless I missed it, there isn't any state that actually issues a "CCW"?

Can this be true????

If so, then CCW would fit the description of a generic label for what the states call specific licenses / permits / etc.

How about? Does any state have a true "CCW"?

Oops. Went back and visited earlier posts and found CCW. So enquiring minds want to know... what does it actually stand for there?

I was just at the Tucson PD website. CCW and I think it stood for concealed carry of weapons "permit"
