Bump up...since you usually have a BlackBerry, what about this?

If you call them to order it, they can probably sew the tucking flap so that it rides a little higher and canted forward, which I find helps with concealment.

Another option might be to use the 5.11 shirt and undershirt holster combo.

Here's one of my tuckables. Note the belt slots so it can be worn as a pancake holster as well as a tuckable.

The belt loops are Kydex and hold better than anything I've tried to date -- the holster rides like it was nailed in place.

Crossbreed Supertuck. Check out the vids on youtube.
I'm thinking the MicroClip would be better, especially if you're carrying a gun like a Kahr PM9. I modified one of CrossBreed's QwikClip holsters to make a MicroClip-like holster for my PM9. It works great with the style of dress described in the OP.

Since my job involves support for a number of schools, unfortunately it looks like CC isn't an option for work. Will have to leave it in the car at all times when at work more or less. Luckily, this being Texas, the company doesn't seem to have any fervent anti-gun employee guidebook rules, so I shouldn't have to worry about having it in the car.
