Is there a place where someone who has never CCW'd before can go an look at pictures or diagrams showing the different options and carry positions? I hear a lot of terms and frankly, I don't know what they all mean. I know what IWB and OWB mean, but not sure on all of the positions.... 3 o'clock, appendix, etc. I need to get educated on this, and pictures or diagrams would be most helpful.

    Thanks in advance!

Does this guy ever sit down? I can't imagine how he could without crushing his twig and berries. :neener:

I carry at 1:00 often (not as much as at 3:30), and I can tell you that sitting is not a problem at all. The barrel just follows along your leg.

To me, "crushing" my goods isn't nearly as big a concern as "pointing a gun" at my goods for hours at a time. For that reason, I occasionally consider scrapping appendix carry altogether. But with the right holster, it's extremely convenient. I can put my CCO there in a Desbiens AIWB in about 5 seconds when it's time to run out for a dog walk. Getting the same gun properly situated at 3:30 in a VM2 can easily take a whole minute out of my day. :)

I have appendix carried a small snubbie in a quality holster almost everyday for at least a decade. I still have all my man parts.
