First off, has anyone bought from them before, and would you again? I ask, because I saw this deal, and am seriously considering buying one. One thing though, it appears to be a M38 pictured, not a 91/30. I wonder if they made a mistake?

I've bought @ 10 times from CFS,will buy again.

If it was an M-38 for $70,i'd buy a crate of them.
You will get a 91/30in good shape. The R-guns imports that
i've seen have been pretty good guns.

Buy the case! Your $70 rifle by the time you pay shipping and transfer is going to cost about $85-90.

I have a C&R, so no transfer for me, just shipping. Long as I can trust them to actually send a 91/30, I think I might just buy one.

Need to send them a copy of my FFL first.

as you said, the picture is wrong. those are M38's and NOT what you will get.

otherwise CFS has a good rep. good prices and will work with you to make sure your happy
