Finally got time to post a picture of my modified Charter Arms. Really disappointed that they have not offered a fix for the low point of impact. Took the front sight off and milled the top of the barrel down to where it is flush with the bottom of the sight groove. Hope to shoot it this weekend and will report back. My laser bore sight still shows it a tad low but only shooting will tell.

Certainly looks a lot nicer, I just hope you haven't taken so much off that it shoots high now.

When I had finished milling the top of the barrel, I drilled and tapped the hole deeper that held the sight on.
Figured I could now make a new sight or possibly use the original one. Took it shooting and used various length broken round toothpicks, seriously, to find the front sight height. Found the original sight to be close enough, so it’s on there!
