Charter Arms Rimless Revolver delayed!

The Charter Arms Rimless Revolver has been delayed until July. I have been very eager to see how this thing is engineered (using rimless cases without the need for moon clips). Now I just hope it is not vaporware. They didn't show any at SHOT, and now shipping has been pushed back several more months.

They said at SHOT that it was a matter of patent processing.
Of course they would not give details, but I suspect they might be going 'round and 'round with Ruger who had a gimmick extractor for the Speed Six 9mm but went with clips in production.
