can anyone show me the cheapest place that i can get soft point 7.62x54r ammo. will be used mostly for plinking and possibly for a future whitetail hunt.

There's a lot cheaper ammo out there, for example:

He asked for soft points though...But yes, there is alot cheaper if you dont mind corrosive surplus...But get it now, it has already sky rocketed in price over the last few months...I have ~5000 rds and I am still kicking myself for not buying more.
